This is our first season with Ryan.  Just a wee bit expensive, but totally worth his weight in gold.  Ryan has two qualities that I am thrilled - honesty and reliability.  He will tell you what he can do for you and he will be there to do it for you.  When I was struggling with mounds of snow, Ryan gave me top notch service. Ryan has been excellent with plowing our driveway during the recent snow storms. He takes his time and dose the job to perfection. I know you might thinks it’s just plowing but many other powers don’t care and just rush right through it tearing up driveways and knocking things down like mail boxes. I had equipment issues where I couldn't Finnish snow removal on a large driveway. Called Top Notch Property Services 2 days after the storm. The customer service was great, punctuality was great, from the phone call to his arrival was under an hour. The work performed was professional and did a fantastic job. Very reasonable price. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone. I just want to add after two days out there in the storm he still picked up his phone and helped remove snow even as tired as he was. I had pricker bushes that were invading my yard. They were not only unsightly, but also dangerous. There were a lot of them. Ryan set to work the same day we hired him. He also cleared the debris. He spent about three hours on this project which was not easy work. I am very satisfied with the result and will hire him later this spring for another smaller project.

Top Notch is exactly what you get with this company. I called on a Tuesday, and they were here on Weds to complete the job first thing in the morning.
